Q. Do you only setup expensive home theater systems?
A. No. We sell and install any type of theater system. We install the most basic theater-in-a-box system to a complete dedicated home theater system.

Q. Do you also sell TV’s, DVD Players and other accessories?
A. Yes. We sell nearly all brands of electronics even the most popular flat screen TV, Vizio.

Q. Can you provide better products and service than the Big Box stores?
A. Absolutely. We carry a broader variety of products than our competitors and ALWAYS have better pricing.

Q. Do you also provide installation services?
A. Yes. Unlike the Big Box stores we take care of all steps of the sales, installation and support of your products. With a Big Box store you will probably never see the same installation and support staff. We will always provide you with a familiar face and knowledge of your installation.

Q. Do you provide extended warranties on your products?
A. Yes. We offer extended warranties or replacement warranties on most all of our products even if you didn’t purchase them directly from us.

Q. Do you provide estimates for custom installations?
A. Yes and they are FREE. We will go to your home or business and give you a custom estimate absolutely free. You can’t get that from a Big Box store.

Q. I have a friend that wants surround sound installed in their home. Do you have a customer referral program?
A. Yes. We offer a $10 referral on any customer who purchases any electronics from us and a $100 referral for any customer who buys a custom installation package.

Q. I bought a TV at another store. Will you mount and install it?
A Yes. It doesn’t matter if you bought the TV from us or someone else, we will install and mount it.

Q. Should I buy the installation service from the Big Box store?
A. No. The reason for that is because the Big Box store doesn’t install your equipment. They contract out to companies like us, which means you are paying a huge markup on installation when it is not necessary.

Q. I have been hearing a lot about the new High Definition Blu-ray DVD players. Do you sell them?
A. Yes. Not only do we sell them, we also install them.

Q. I want a system that allows me to hear different sources in different rooms. Do you do that?
